Judging A Book By Its Cover: Tomorrowland

This is my weekly post where I highlight beautiful books from my collection. We all judge book covers to some extent – I created this feature to highlight and appreciate the art and design elements of some of the books I own. If covers didn’t matter, publishers wouldn’t put out so many wonderful editions!

A friend was getting rid of this collection and I figured I’d give it a go since it’s sci-fi and it has a Lois Lowry story in it – I don’t recognize any of the other authors. The cover is pretty neat – I like the tattoo design.

It was compiled by Michael Cart, published in 1999 by Scholastic, with cover art (tattoo) by Ruth Marten and book design by David Caplan, ISBN: 0590376780,
